Care at Home New Jersey (CAHNJ)
Care at Home New Jersey is a nonprofit organization that provides resources to support the homebound and their families and caregivers. Our offerings include a web based resource directory, technology that helps our patients stay connected with loved ones, an online forum for caregivers, as well as twice monthly on-site caregiver support groups. Our staff will help our patients connect with others, and to find the services they need, whether it be housing, in-home care, medical services, or food and transportation.
